Brian J. Downey graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Environmental Sciences. Brian received his Juris Doctorate cum laude and received an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He has previously worked as a tax attorney and consultant for Advocate Consulting providing federal income (individual and corporate) tax advice for high net worth clients and also worked in private practice for a Naples, Florida law firm. In addition to being part of the Jomarc Financial Group, Inc. team, Brian also heads the separate firm of Brian J. Downey, P.A., attorney at law, which allows Jomarc Financial’s clients to be able to further address their needs by focusing his separate legal practice on estate planning and administration, tax planning, charitable planning, and corporate and small business matters. Brian is licensed to practice law in Florida, Arizona and Indiana and is also a licensed insurance agent.
